Worst Internet service

I've got Rain because of the amazing price with high speed but only i don't get the speed i paid for and i canceled it 3 time's in my 7 days period and on there website it stated that if i cancel it within my first 7days i get a full refund and now they don't want to do that. I don't get the speed i am paying for and that i canceled it in my first 7 days now they don't give me my refund
