Worst Internet Providers EVER

I have called rain multiple times over the past 4days. Immensely difficult to reach you. Canceling my subscription, the internet is so bad it keeps disconnecting, so I am paying a whopping R700 a month, for literally nothing. And than you have the audacity to provide sh*t customer service as well? Someone eventually answered, told us that we're going to have to wait like 3days before someone helps us? It's day 4. Still no contact from you guys, have been on hold again for another 15mins (and counting) today (tried to call yesterday as well, but you guys suck, so it didn't shock me that no one answered). Lol, you guys will be out of business soon. Your ratings are bad everywhere and it's constant complaints right, left and center from each and every single client you have. Good luck. You'll need it.
