Cancelled my husband's subscription on 29 November 2021 after his passing. Rain only contacted me on 8 December, whereby i confirmed via email the cancellation is with IMMEDIATE effect. January they took off R0137 from my account, as they STILL have not processed the cancellation. have been contacting them weekly, no result. WORST SP EVER
