Worst internet provider in South Africa

I have been a loyal customer for 3 years, but the service has become completely unacceptable. For the whole past month, my Wi-Fi has not been working properly. Every single day there seems to be an issue with the network, making it impossible to use the service reliably. I cannot justify paying for something that does not work. Unfortunately, this will be my last month with this provider. What was once a decent service has now become one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an internet service provider. I hope the company takes this seriously and improves their network stability for the sake of their remaining and future customers.
