Worst internet provider for Soweto area

Don’t know where to start, promising 10mb but getting 0,02 mb per sec. network connection strong but speed sucks. When communicating with them they ask u to reboot routers and also talks about towers I mean how can you ask me about towers when I have full 4 bars and all I wanna know is why am I paying R479 for a 10mb Connection and I only get 20 kbps and I’m in a covered area. As soon as I’m in Sandton I at least get about 5-7 mb, when in Soweto area where I stay it’s **** signal all the way. Worst service and don’t care about customers
