Worst internet provider ever RAIN

I have had countless experiences with rain service provider whereby I call them the advisors are extremely rude and unhelpful as soon as the call starts to get in turns and you question them about the service they hung up they don’t answer your questions or your concerns they tell you they are going to log a ticket and get back to you they never get back to you they leave you waiting first my service did not work for a full month where it connected and disconnected continuously I now paid the amount that I owe when ever the statement or do I have never been late with a payment and now my Wi-Fi has been off For four long days The Wi-Fi is not going on says connected but no Internet and now the Wi-Fi 5G light does not come on at all for the four days I’m paying for a service that I am not getting if you ask the agent‘s name they hang up the phone if you asked to speak to a manager they tell you they going to escalate it I feel that the service is beyond pathetic if my Wi-Fi is not sorted and if nobody is going to get back to me I have logged and official complaint no one has gotten back to me as well with regards to that I want my services cancelled and I expect a refund
