Worst internet provider ever

I will not prefer this place to anyone this is real poor service from a internet provider you must pay every month but you don't have internet most of the days from 5:00 in the morning till the next day 5:00 in the morning you will maybe I have 2 hours in internet but when it comes when you must pay them they want their money but they can't provide a service what they promise you and I also don't think they have a technical team cause when you call them the phone only rings rings rings you spend almost 2 hours and still no one is picking up and when one of the sales reps or whatever they call them call you they say that technical team will call you but there's a now almost 2 years I think no one called us have the Wi-Fi at home and have the SIM card in the phone phone SIM cards no signal and it's the unlimited 4G SIM cards the Wi-Fi at home also same problem no internet and it's going on now since last year every time they tell you to move the router or switch it on and off there's no difference
