WORST INTERNET PROVIDER EVER!!!

I bought Rain sim card last week thursday and I went through this online RICA thing.

The whole RICA process stucked on Live face recognition and I sent through my issue to them via online support and it wasn't helpful at all. I called their contact centre for help twice and the two agents dropped their calls on me.

They are quick to make you pay for their services then you go through their unnecessary complicated live face face recognition thing after numerous complaints from other customers regarding that they still haven't improved on it.

This is really frustrating as I wouldn't recommend rain to anyone!!!
