Worst internet provider around

Never, I repeat, never sign up for Rain. They attract you with good WiFi prices and give great service by calling you back within 30 seconds if you request to sign up... BUT... Once you sign up is when the absolute terrible service start. I signed up on 25/10/21,wanted 4g as 5g is not in my area, sales guy said the online map is outdated and 5g is in my area, he said he is very sure about it. Got my sim and router on 27/11 and it was activated that same night. On the first day I noticed I could not connect and called the next day, they said I must move it around and put it in a certain direction which I did, still did not work, stil not Woking. Called yesterday to cancel and get 4g.. They informed me I must pay again for 4g and I will be refunded for the 5g as soon as they get the device back and test it which takes up to 15 working days. Told them why must I pay before I get the 4g if I already paid for 5g and they must just switch the account. They said they can't so now I have to wait almost a month to get my money back and get internet somewhere else because after this terrible service I won't stay. And to top it off, after you sign up they don't call back on requests, but if I request a call under a different number as a new customer they call back immediately. Never sign up to rain.
