Worst internet i have used

Good day My internet has not been working literally it works only for couple of hours then it gets disconnected, i mean it doesnt even get slow it just stops working. !!!! Please advise what can be done. i really am struggling with the highest package of RAIN 5G for R999. imagine someone who has R250 simcard.
