Worst internet connection (NO INTERNET CONNECTION FOR 2DAYS NOW)

Today it's day 2 without internet connection. This is the 2nd time this is happening. Last month I was not connected for a full week and when I complained I was informed to restart and the internet will be back on because there is connection in my area. I did that but still got no connection. Tried calling the call center but there was no assistance. A week later the connection was back on.

Now I am frustrated because this is happening for the 2nd time now. I restarted my phone last night but still today there is no connection. It is very sad and frustrating that I now have to pop up money for data which is suppose to be unlimited in my house because RAIN just decided to not connet me or whatever is happening with the services.

The sad part is that debit orders are never forgotten. Now what is the use of paying for a service that is not being given to you? I pay for unlimited connection but you would swear that connection/ data runs out seeing that this is the 2nd month this is happening to me.

How long must we suffer in my house with this service? And why are we expected to buy data else where when we are paying grt unlimited data with rain service?

This is so unfair and it needs to be sorted asap.
