Worst internet connection ever!!!

After signing up on rain earlier this year, the connection was great and no problems were experienced. However, since September, Rain has been the worst internet provider to date, with no solution for the internet connection problems. Trying to get help from them, is a mission impossible, I would certainly not recommend them to anyone.
