Worst internet connection

I've had enough of this ISP. Their internet connection is the worst. Sincr friday i've been calling, logging complaints via support but still my network is off. I'm working from home and it is vrry frustrating when you are on line for 30 minutes and offline for 2hrs. RAIN does not care about their customers, they don't miss debit order date but one stays without internet for hours everyday.
