Worst internet company / ****.
I have been trying to sort out my intern for over a year. I've called numerous times a monrh and i have been told that a technician would call me back. Not once have I been called back and I dont know what to do anymore. I pay my full subscription every month and ontop of that an extra R99 every month just because I chanhed my payment date. I have complained numerous times on helloperter without gwwtting any help. Please tell me who in their right mind would pay R794 every month for a line that is less than 3Mbps. Please tell me gow I can get this resolved or who I can speak to

24 May 2025, 22:06The issue is constant. Not just now. Every time I call yhe tell me the tower closest to me is healthy. I have never gotten even 5mbps since having rain. Most of the time its less than 1mbps. Further more I have a fixed outdoor router. Im not able to change the direction.

When the technician was here he got a perfect signal on his router. I really don't think its fair that you expect me to pay ti get someone out to fix an issue that I have been complaining about for over a year. I've sent you screenshots of the speeds I get and is less than 1mb most of the time and I dont get more than 3 or 4mb. I pay for and have been paying for a service im not receiving for over a year and you tellimg me I need to pay even more to get an external company to try and fix your error? Not even knowing if it will work. Why didn't it work when thwy installed the outdoor touter in the first place?
