Worst int service ever don upgrade to 5G

I shouldn't have upgraded to 5G should've just stayed with my 4G.. 5G network is **** I cant access internet from 6am then comes back around 5pm even that time its on n off.. I tried sending email they said i should try moving my router around the house i did that still no change worst part I work from home, rain its just ***
