worst experience , worst network, worst support ever

I ordered rain an received my order 2 weeks later, 26th Sept received an activation was delayed after several calls and 5g never worked since , billed on the 1st Oct a full month plus pro rata. after endless calls this has not been resolved an once again i am billed 1st nov. I am disgusted at the pathetic service of agents the poor service of support long call holding to be cut off an call again. I will never refer ANYONE TO USE RAIN EVER
