Worst experience with rain!!!!

Worst experience ever,I had an account with rain and canceled it a year ago as it was a month to month contract. A year later my account gets debited for R800 out of the blue. When I contact the call centre I get the same response " your case has been escalated to the billing department" while I'm still left stranded.

I spoke to Shivani Bhople who reports to Sushant Jha and was told I will be receiving a call within 48 hours for further assistance with with regards to the my pending case(***) however it's been a week.

This is pure ******ion!!!!!!
