WORST EXPERIENCE WITH RAIN

WORST INTERNET PROVIDER I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS

I ordered a rain sim, they told me it will take up to 5 days until delivery. It has been double that!

I can never get hold of the company and to add to it the courtier company they use has also failed to delivery anything close to customer service.

Upon testing a friend of mines Rain Sim I got the amazing speed of 0.23Mbps download yet it states my area has full coverage of 10Mbps.

I have paid R475 for a service that won't even work when it eventually does come.
