Worst Experience with Activation 5days with useless sim

Rain is the **** service and I would advice anyone to subscribe to rain , I have received my card last week Thursday however till today it's not activated and I have been send from pillar to post this is the worst network I ever see in my life and the consultant whose been helping me his been lying to me ,I was told the same day my sim card is activated yet it's not activated , South Africans we have never experince such service with our existing network please stick to your telkom and dont start joining rain it's the horrible worst internet provider I ever knew. I should have not listen to that Consultant who said I mustn't cancel my application I was not going to stress like this i totally regret. 2months of bot getting a sim ,I have received it now and its dragging to be activated this is ********* and nonsensical.
