Worst experience ever with rain

Bought a rain is deal for 479 even after 2 weeks I still didn't get my sim the rudeness of the last consultant was beyond pathetic..to add insult to injury the courier company RAM kept on giving me stories about delivery and eventually told me my parcel is not the only one. Wow
