Worst experience ever! No connection & no help!!!

I did not want to write a review here but I have no other choice as this service provider is not helping me at all. I’ve sent countless request emails for assistance and I’ve received no help. The connection is horrible where I have to restart the router more than 10 times a day to have connection. I was advised to optimise the connection but it is all the same and nothing changes. I was told the tech team would call and possibly come check out the issue but it’s been 2 weeks with no end results. Do yourself a favour and do not bother with this useless internet!!! I’m cancelling this nonsense as they are not helping me!!! It’s not worth the headache cause you see it’s cheap but mind you, there are cheaper alternatives with better connection from what my friends have experienced!! To hell with rain! Your service is absolutely appalling
