Worst experience ever!!!!

I've been battling to connect with Rain for 4 days now. Spoken to numerous people and everyone keeps saying i must restart the router. Spoken to two Managers Seawater Mafolo and Tyron Chetty (Don't believe that his surname as they didn't want to give the surname). Tyron didn't really care to help me urgently or even escalate. He just passed the phone to Kaylin while we were speaking. I must say Rain doesn't care, four towers down for four days. Shocking part is the consultants also don't know when towers are down. I asked to close the account and I have to wait 48 hours just to close it.
