Worst experience ever

I ***** the past 6 months I been having the most bad connection ever, I been contacting their customer care numerous times. I spoke to a manager with the name of Amid and has been no help at all, I’m using a 5G router and paying up to R500pm, the network is so bad that I cannot work from home, cannot connect to watch or stream on any platforms and yet after speaking to this so called manager, he failed to even get technicians to call me back or advise what the issue is

I’m getting download speed of 5kb and upload speed of 0.2kb, I’m so annoyed because I been a loyal customer for over 6-7 years now to get this *********** service
