worst experience ever.

I have been using rain for more than a year now and if its not their stupid rooter its another thing. this month they have debited my account three times and i was told that it was a system error they will rectify same, as if that's not enough 2 weeks later I am still following up with them and they telling me that they have processed the amount and i should attend my bank to ask why it hasn't reflected...I am tired of this and intend forwarding this matter to the ombudsman to claim damages as well as the refund. word of advice don't allow them to debit cause this doesn't end with me they will do it to you and you will incur cost trying to get your money due to their *********** stuff and systems.
