Worst experience ever
Wifi not working for 3 months. Reported many times, no one is resolving it or calling back. No one answers phone. Month-end they want their money for a router thats not connecting.

05 Nov 2024, 20:33I have been waiting for your calls since Sept/Oct. Even just now I tried calling with no answer. Despite me explaining that this network issue is affecting my work. I have sent you WhatsApp messages as well, no answer. Can you be specific on when are you resolving this issue?
