Worst experience ever!!!

I’m really not happy with this network, I used 4G and had bad network coverage, I was told to upgrade to 5G as the 4G towers have a high amount of people connected and I was guaranteed that I will never ever have a problem if I use 5G, well now my 5G max it can go is 3mps download speed yet I was advised I’ll never have a problem, I was promised a technician will come, I waited all week at home for this technician.
