Worst experience ever!

Almost three weeks since my previous review, and I still haven't received my full refund for the three months that I paid. The device was collected within a week which I called to confirm afterwards as advised; and still, nothing. As a long term customer of Rain, I didn't anticipate this disappointing experience; what a let down.
