Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever, I ordered a router on 26/04/2022 today is 5/5/2022 nothing delivered. I asked to cancel but the agents are taking me to pillar to post. I want this cancelled and my refund issued.

Your delivery people sent a message about delivering on Monday, I made it very clear to those *****s from support that I want this canceled and my money refunded. I made it very clear on this platform as well. Are you gonna cancel and refund that lousy order or not? I will be escalating this matter further. Your service is horrible, just like your signal.
