Worst Experience

I'm having the worst experience with Rain, I last used their services 8 months ago and i still had their router. They sent me an email requesting to have their router back in which i agreed and we both agreed on the times and date for them to fetch it at my address however no one pitched. I've suddenly been slapped by a collections company saying that I must pay R1995 or else ill be sent for blacklisting. I'm really shocked and surprised since i have your Router and have agreed to have you collect it. I have cancelled my subscription long ago with you because the signal wasn't good at my address.
