Worst experience

I’ve long scheduled a collection for the rain WiFi router, after they’ve collected I’m still getting message that rain wants to deduct from my accounts after I’ve tried to disable it for so many times .I don’t understand why or either that haven’t deactivated my account from their side. This is so unacceptable and inappropriate.
