Worst experience

I have been with Rain form the start. I have been struggling with signal in Dunnotter since February 28 i went on holiday took my WiFi with had no problems there got back to Dunnotter now i can't even load a video then it says no internet access. I have been trying the whole of today to get a hold of them and it is there is high call volumes i had 3 phones calling and no answer. Is this service non-existent with rain.
