WORST EXPERIENCE

Worst experience ever!! 😢So disheartening! Ever since I signed up with Rain my network has been a nightmare and when you try the call centre you never get through to anyone. So finally decided to cancel my subscription. Lol guess what, I can't remove my banking details on their App or even delete my account instead everyday they attempt to deduct the fee from my account. I eventually had to freeze my card😥 tried calling their customer care but no answer only received an email to say someone will call and I am still waiting.
