worst experience

i have called more than 5 times and scheduled 2 team leaders call back but didn't receive no call. Rain is bad as they promise you that its not a contract however i was charged for the month i was not using the network. tgey had stopped it because i ddnt pay however it says i must still pay the amount because i did not call to say i wont be paying for that month. my question was why was it stoped if i should pay for it. i recently paid and was told it will go for the month i did not used. the worst service i have ever experienced
