WORST EVER SERVICE

This is absolutely the worst company to deal with I have cancelled my subscription months ago and that was also an issue kept giving me an error on my profile online so I phoned in and selected cancellation and then the guy said he will escalate, and I got an email and sent various emails that they have not responded where I requested them to let me know when they will be coming to remove their router from my roof but nothing to and I also see now that they do not have an email address anymore I don't have hours to spend on the phone I actually work for a living.
