Worst ever internet provider.

The network is so pathetic, it's always down more than up especially in the morning and afternoon. Can't they upgrade their servers and routers to accommodate the influx of traffic in their network because it's boring to pay for something that is not working half the time. Isn't there any Service level agreement where we as customers can get a rebate for the times the network is down. It's really frustrating to be in a meeting and then you are all of a sudden offline because of unstable network.
