Worst ever client services

This is the worst internet provider. The worst client service ever. I have 6 different referance numbers. Last number (***) I have send 2 emails as well without any reply. They are very fast to cut your wifi if payment is not on time but if you need any assistance from them they can't even phone the clients back. I can't pay for something I can not use. I am very dissipointed in this company.
