Worst ever and lies all day long.
I am paying for the premium package.... not even getting speeds of the lower entry packages. Every night at 7pm my Internet is so slow I can't even send a mail. When you call them they tell you the tower is down the same lie every time. I will not recommend Rain for anyone don't waste your money or time. You don't get what you pay for and this is sad as it has been going down hill for the last year. Don't know how they are still in business.

23 Jun 2022, 19:51He was here it lasted for 3 hours and I'm back to getting 1mbps after 7pm. When are you guys upgrading your towers. If this is not resolved very soon I will be taking steps against you. Someone needs to stop these lies.
