WORST EVER!!!

I have multiple clients that i'm now actually encouraging to drop their Rain subscriptions because there is absolutely NO Support and i can't put my Clients through this!! Canceled on the end of august 2022 and waited for end of the next month...i.e: last deduction and all... Well they did deduct money and canceled my account but they keep on charging me for services not rendered each month it's R699 and NO SERVICE! Do not try and log a ticket or call support because it's NEVER answered! RAIN i don't have your router anymore or an active sim account! Stop deducting money from me or i will go to the Competition Commission,Beeld and Ombudsman.
