Worst ever 55

I can't believe how bad the service rain offers. I have been without internet for three weeks now. Was told on the 2nd of December I need a sim swap... I have called constantly and logged tickets but no one ever responds or calls or replies to my ticket. I have not received my sim swap and call center can't tell me where it is and evertime I called I'm just told will escalate for you but clearly it doesn't help. So disappointed it's not even funny.
