WORST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE TO DEAL WITH RAIN

The most pathetic service provider I've ever dealt with. 1st the call center (support side) are completely usless. They DO NOT answer their phones. After being told by a salrs consultant and the "check your area for coverage " on their website i was told that my current location DOES indeed have coverage. I received my 5G sim and router and the network was red...i phoned support and to no avail. For 3 days i struggled to get assistance and by the 4th day a technician was send out to assist. He spoke to the office and they confirmed that we DO NOT have 5G coverage and that the 5G sim doen NOT pick up the tower wich is 600m from us. The technician then said we do have 4G though and that we must rather look at that option. So we did oped in for the best 4G service with a router. The delivery came today and i ONLY received a simcard...according to the Rain support on Facebook its a sim only deal...(yet i have the technician on whats app stating that he is not sure why they would state that knowing you get a router with the 4G sim wich is why we went for the top uncapped deal) I took the sim out the cover just to find that it doesn't fit in my router i have at home. I'm so tired of all this back and forth.
