Worst customer support ever.
I have not been able to use my Rain 5G since the day I got it. There is no internet for 95% of the time and the other 5% I have 10mb/s download with 0.05mb/s upload.I have sent multiple emails lodged multiple support tickets with no resolution. Only an email which asks if y problem was solved. Worst ISP ever. Do not waste your time or money.
