Worst customer support ever

Good evening,

I sent in a complaint about the internet speed on the 16th of November, stated that there is a problem with their internet that it's unstable. Before the price hike and upgrade to 30mbs, the speed was beautiful and stable. Since the upgrade the internet has been pathetic. Now it says that you people will get back to me within 48hours......it's now the 21st and still nothing.....so that tells me that you people don't really care for your clients. The service is pathetic and most of your consultant s have absolutely no clue on what they talking about. So do you people take your job seriously or do you prefer ****ing around? I will discourage everyone from joining rain...because paying 529 for unstable internet is just not worth it. And I warned you people that I would write a negative review if you people did not get back to me. You people didn't take me seriously.....so now I will show you. Clearly someone there is not doing their job there. But that's fine because now everyone in the country will know that ....rain is a joke....and even the network is gone from good to worse ......I would say this is due to management and people thinking that customers are not important. But you people are very quick to take money and switch off internet when you don't get payment.....yet your customer support and service is lacking in a very big way.
