Worst Customer Service & Unprofessional conduct

I have been trying to get hold of them for deducting my money on the contract that I have ended with them and which on their end they have also stopped me accessing wifi on. I contacted them via email and app and I was given a ticket number by their robot and told that someone will contact me . That was on 01 May 2025, to date no one has contacted me. I also asked when will they collect their router and to date there is no response,

I am really very disappointed by their conduct and attitude,
