Worst customer service of all time

Hello Peter is the only way to get a response from the company. I have been emailing and sending messages through the app and not once have I received a response. The internet is down again and it's very unstable. The last time I wrote to you on Hello Peter I was given some instructions to configure my router, which were extremely useless.

I still maintain that we need to be reimbursed or compensated for this so called service that doesn't get delivered and at times we go days without any internet. Loadshedding makes things worse because I only enjoy my internet less than half of the month.

Please pay back the money that you're making me pay when you're not rendering a service and stop taking money for not doing anything that's surely not legal
