Worst customer service known to man , even they AI chat bot is more sincere

Worst Customer service known to man .

You can speak to 8 different people with different stories . No one has a solution . They lie just to get sales , I have been asking for an immediate termination the account is up to date still it’s a mess.

Sales team lie to get sales and made me sign up with a different name knowing I will be billed twice , when I did state that I don’t want that to happen . When I ask if calls are recorded they say no . There is throughly something wrong with this company.
