10 Apr 2025, 21:45This is what I hate most you take my money and I need my money you tell me I have to wait 7 days it was wrong at the first place to access my account and take money with my consent that was ***** and someone needs to be held accountable, last month you took money but returned it same day now you want me to wait 7 days this is the worse customer service experience I have ever experienced from Rain

11 Apr 2025, 10:26I reported this on 1st April you did nothing now I have to wait 7 days what for because when I send anyone money they receive it same day u want me to wait as if the funds are coming for the Philippines by bus what’s the point of eft if I have to wait 7 days minimum
