Worst Customer Service I have EVER received or am YET to receive!!!

Worst customer service I have ever received... Actually I am yet to receive service. I was somehow logged out of my router and had immense trouble signing back in as I kept receiving an error stating my password was incorrect. The number provided DOES NOT WORK. Every time you call it immediately drops the call. I phoned 20 times in a row. I got hold of an email and emailed them my problem. I later then received a reply stating they tried phoning me but could not get a hold of me. This is NOT TRUE as I had no missed calls nor was any call blocked by True Caller. I emailed back stating that no one has contacted me and that the number provided does not work. To this day no one has even tried contacting me telephonically or via email. I had to contact my own IT specialist (on my account) to sort out the problem. I have never been late nor have I skipped a payment and honor myself as a loyal hassle free customer. I honestly expected better customer service from this company...or at least ANY SERVICE. I am utterly disappointed and even though this is the first time I have had a problem I am looking into a different provider because I have no faith in them helping me with any future problems I might have.
