Worst customer service
Guys watch out for this ISP; DAMN HORRIBLE SERVICE. I have been struggling to get through to them to get help with MY 5G premium package, my power adapter for the outdoor unit is not working properly so have been emailing and Emailing but I am not getting any response. IT HAS BEEN LIKE A WEEK NOW without a call back or even an email. Worst service ever!!
