Worst customer service

Rain has the worst customer service. Not once has any agent come back to me regarding any of my queries. First I tried multiple times to get support to get the rain router to work. After being unsuccessful for over a month, they collected the router with the promise to refund me. Needless to say I have not heard from them and cannot get through to any customer support. All I want is my refund. The router did not work once. The website is deceiving when telling people if they have coverage.
