Worst customer service experience
Rain is the most unprofessional company with the worst customer service. The service department just gives you reference numbers upon reference numbers. When you ask to be transferred to a Supervisor, they give you an excuse.

01 Jul 2021, 10:21Complaint to CEO as I am not getting any joy from Rain.
I ordered the 5G special, only to be told that there was no such special, which was and Rain apologies for the Sales teams mistake. However they could not adjust my current billing as their system does not allow it. So I was advised to cancel the current one and reorder to get the Winter special by Zanele Mathebula. I have then cancelled and when I tried to reorder it did not allow me as Rain's system it not allow two 5g's on a profile and nor could they fix from their side. After numerous calls to Rain, I was now advised to create a new account on a family members name and order the 5G special and they would speed up the delivery to next days as an exception. I made the payment and now Namhla Senene is no where to be found or returning my calls.
This has got to be the worst customer experience with no urgency at all as now I have for a service which was not delivered
